Main Hall Rental - Available

: The Facility is 10,000 sq. ft. in Total and is located in a 120 year old Opera House.

We have 3 large spaces which can be rented separately or together.

1. The Main space (seen below) is 3,000 sq. ft

2. The Stage is 1,500 sq. ft.

3. The balcony is 1,500 sq. ft.

There are also nine classroom / office spaces. Each room is 13' x13' and the

Gym uses only 2 of them. The other 7 rooms are available for rent.

North Georgia Gymnastics and Cheer uses the whole space from 5 PM to 9 PM
